IconsPlus uses ids 10000 to up, step 100. 10000 is one, 10001 small.
10100 another, 10101 small and so. Download a icon pack for sample
icon pack structures. And the app is mobile, so Glacier is Palm
native! ;) Use TBmpEdit or an app called BIRD. PilRC compiles all the
icons as tAIB, but you can also do this On-Board with one of these
apps.
