There are technical reasons why it can't be done, due to Palm OS limitations on the data formats. I'm sure at some point someone will notice that if it were to write technically-invalid-and-corrupt icons in a way that took advantage of some loophole in the Palm OS such that it didn't actually crash the OS, then it would be "possible".
