I shouldn't think there would be a problem.  I looked around on the 
home page for this group, but couldn't see anything.   Also I don't 
know who the moderator is ???  Also though, if you're going to put 
IconMgr, itself, in the package, you should get permission from Chris 
(the creator) himself.
