Are 64x44 icons possible?

Hi,
I'm looking to create icons for my own apps I'm creating with
iziBasic (which recommended Icon Manager). I need to be able to
design them in 64x44 and 32x22.
After I design them, I'll work them into the resource file I built
into my app.
