Getting Icons to work in Agendus

I downloaded Icon Manager and edited the icons in the Agendus
Professional Icon set that I downloaded the latest version of. 
However, when I open Agendus, the only icons that I have available to
me are the ones that were previously in the Icon set that had missing
icons from it.  
1)  Have I missed a step in adding them to Agendus?

2)  Even when I send the icons to the starred set that Agendus
recognizes as the default set, I have the same result.  Only the bad
set of icons.  What do I need to do?

3)  How can I keep the icons in the separate sets that I have edited
them in in the Agendus program if I put them all in a folder in the
starred set in Icon Manager?
