It is still not working

I think that my main problem is that when I open Icon Manager, and
click on the menu, the only options that I get are Misc.  In the
dropdown for misc the only things that are listed there are SHOW
CLIPBOARD and ABOUT ICON MANAGER

Wait, I have the entire range of menus when I go into an icon set.  Do
I need to do the Misc.>Remove non-icon objects> etc. for each set?

What I meant by the third question in my previous post is:

If I have to have all of the icons in the default set, the starred
set, how can I keep them in separate folders.  I see that they are in
separate folders in my Agendus, but some are still missing.  

I am hoping that the fix that you listed previously brings back the
ones that are missing in Agendus.
