I don't believe this is true. It has to do with Creator ID which for the icon files in Actn, which happens to be the same ID for Agendus (stems from Action Names). If you just rename it, it still has the same Creator ID, and will still be deleted, notwithstanding the name. Need a backup, or a change for Creator ID. I think this right! Hope that helps...
