Icon help

I have a Sony TH55. I bought a Palm TX to have as a backup. I use Icon Manager with Datebk5 and created a group of icons. Now I am trying to beam that to my TX which I was able to with the same toggle numbers and everything. The only problem is that my calendar on the TX now has all the icons mixed up. For example I have a cake icon for birthdays and now they are all stars instead. Please, please help. I have spent several hours downloading and redownloading  to try to fix it but I can't.
