Re: rearranging icons

Any time you rearrange icons in Icon Manager (as opposed to in 
Agendus) do this so it shows in Agendus. Also if you create or copy 
an icon in IcnMgr
I think rearrangements done in Agendus won't show in IconManager.
I don't know the answer to your second question.
