Note also IconsPlus, which is an app (not free) that replaces the big
bmp application icons in the palm launcher (home screen)

The developers say they're going to develop a free windows companion
program for editing the icons and creating custom IconsPlus icon sets.
-- Don't know if that'll happen ever though.

THere's also a free app called TbmpEdit that'll let you edit the big
icons.... it's quiteunstable though.
