Icon Use error

Hi everyone - Im kinda new to this site (Names Steve) and a novice
Icon user and I have a problem.
Im running DB5 on a Palm TX and using the Icon program manager that
came with it (dblcon+) everytime I try and open up an Icon set I get
"Unrecognized icon format (dblcon does not handle Hign Density Icons
at this time" 
Can anyone help?
What program should i be using and how do I change?

Sorry if these are basic questions that have been answered before, but
I tried "Searching" but got no where
