Having some problems

Hi there. I've had some problems with Icon Manager since I downloaded 
it. The first problem is that when I download icons and hotsync them 
to my palm (Tungsten E2), it wipes out what I've done with Icon 
Manager before the download. However, it doesn't happen everytime 
either. This last time I downloaded some icons which I had deleted 
from Icon Manager but wanted them back, after I did the hotsync, it 
wiped out the icon set "Icons-Datebk5". So I lost what I had done with 
it. So how do I stop this from happening and is there a way to recover 
what was wiped out? Thanks.
