Dennis, That's exactly it: they are all high resolution (High color, in fact). But you can convert all of them to any resolution: tap on the icon file to show all icons (the collection of grey dots you show in the screenshot), select the Misc menu, then Conversions, then Bulk convert images, mark the appropriate resolution(s), confirme thet "All icons in this set" is selected, and tap Ok. I guess you will then see the low resolution version of the icons, but if you don't, look at the top of the icon list view: there are two drop-down lists, one for resolution and the other for color; try selecting either "best" for both or the combination that fits your handheld. You should then see the icons, and they should show up in the application you use them. If you want to modify them, tap and old on every icon and a list will display with either a dot or a version of the icon beside every color-resolution combination; tap on the one you want to edit to improve it: only that resolution version will be modified. You can even eliminate all high resolution versions (but only after the conversion) but going to Misc menu in the icon list view, then Remove extra images, then marking only the versions you want to keep, and again selecting "All icons in this set". Et voilĂ ! Could it be possible that these are hi-res only icons? The Z22 uses a low-res display, so that could explain it, but I have no idea if IconMgr differentiates between the two.
