Registration.....

I just got back into Icon Manager and downloaded the latest from Palm 
Gear, V 1.6 I believe.  I see where this app is now freeware, but my 
Treo is asking for a registration key.  My device automatically "fills 
in" the key area with my HotSync user ID but that is not "accepted" to 
unlock the program.  I get a message stating "Unable to process the 
registration information".

I'm a little surprised this prompt even exists in freeware.  I guess 
it's easier to leave it in the program but seems like it should accept 
the default info.  Any help out there?
