Re: getting rid of multiple consecutive blanks ?

many thanks for all the tips..

following your Qs i've since 'analyzed' my problem better, my copied text
/problems are largely LF/CR and TABs rather than consecutive spaces, sorry
for not identifying this better in the first place...

I'll try this later today, I'll also check/test both Bloater and Netfront
to see what works better to grab the text in the 1st place

meanwhile, a really dumb question.....:

I'm still trying to *run* your 1st script, to identify the culprits...
how do I run the script, I've managed to paste it to SctiptPad #1, but,
that as far as I progressed...

I've been trying to save the second script to ScriptPad #2 without any
luck, in between looking at the manual...
