Yes. OfficeSuite Pro by MobiSystems will read and edit .txt files as well as Office type docs.  In an open .txt in Office Suite you can activate the text selection with double tap, then select the text you want, tap the three menu dots, select Format, then select Font, then scroll down and select Small caps or All caps, then OK and save it, or, deselecting either of those will give lower case.

I think? he also announced releasing some of his Palm tools for free?

Does anyone know of an Android app where I can select some text, then, UPPER CASE IT, lower case it, or, Mixed Case It ? as I can on Palm with pTools?

Looking for a good text editor for my numerous PalmOS PDAs, I found good reports of pedit but I couldn't find anywhere from which to download the program.  This group looked a likely place but it seems that there are no files in the "Files" section.


Can anybody tell me where I can find pedit?
