getting rid of high-tech stuff

Hi Guys: If you are in the US and you want to get rid of any Palm stuff or basically any high-tech item, you can take it to Goodwill. Goodwill will give it to Dell recycling so it is either recycled there or is disposed of in an environmentally acceptable fashion. My dilemma is that I don't just want to get rid of stuff but I would like someone to use it.
