Treo 650 won't sync

I have a Treo 650 also and I just downloaded and installed pdesk and 
progect.  The hotsync manager says that the conduit is there to sync 
these, but when I sync, nothing transfers between them. I have one 
project in each and at least one task under each project.

Curiously, I noticed that if I go into the hotsync manager, I cannot 
"change" or edit the "Progect <-> Pdesk" conduit.  When I click on 
"change" nothing happens. I am using Windows 2000.
