python22.dll error

I am hoping to be able to import from a Teepad csv file to PDesk, 
but when PDEsk start the log file includes the following error 
messages.

Any clues how to fix it?

Now in C:\Program Files\PDesk\plugins
got plugs : 
['CSVInOut.py', 'HTMLInOut.py', 'MSProjectInOut.py', 'TextInOut.py', 
'TreepadInOut.py']
