Problem with Apache HTML and MSProject export

Hi,

Am able to sucessfully export to HTML using the HTML export plugin 
but when I use the Apache HTML format export plugin or the MSProject 
export plugin the exported data is truncated after several subtasks. 
The log file shows the following error:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xa1' in 
position 139: ordinal not in range(128)

Can you explain how to correct this?
