Hi, I've just checked on mine and the answer is yes but requires a little elaboration: a) OmniOutliner saves outlines in its own format which is a directory with several files. I made a test with the Release Notes and I had three files: a PDF, a TIFF and an XML file. b) You can export to OPML (Outline Processor Markup Languaje) which is XML; you can also export to several other formats some of which might be XML too (I haven't checked them).
