If you are on OS 4, you can still use "hacks".

Get a hack manager, like "X-Master".  Also get "MegaWiki".

Then you can use links to jump all over the place.  You can set up to jump into Progect files, by using any text in the Progect as a target.  I am doing that on my 4.0 Palm, and I typically make the first item in the Progect tree to be the name of the progect.
