The problem you are describing is usually caused by having an empty project,
that seems to choke the conduit.
 
Does Ultra Recall support XML?

I've been experimenting with Ultra Recall since one of my Progects got
messed up. Now it locks the palm and stops the sync every time I try to
sync. Had to delete P-Desk in order to sync my contacts and schedule.

I sure do miss a program that works great on both the windows tablet pc and
the Palm. Synchin between the two platforms is a very valuable feature that
Ultra Recall lacks...
