Looking for Progect documentation

I've searched here and the SourceForge Web site for something like a
manual explaining Progect.  Certain things are simple and obvious
while others, at least to me are not...

Some specific questions:
- For linked To Do items, what do you turn on to show the hierarchical
parentage of a task?  In my initial testing, my To Do items come out
like "Do that|" with a single vertical bar, nothing following it.
- For linked To Do items, exactly what is synced?  I do not have the
"autosync" feature turned on (I forget its exact name).  Instead, I'm
using the Progect menu option to force a single synchronization.  It
seems that status, due data, and perhaps priority are synchronized but
not the item next or the attached note.  Is that right?  Is the
synchronization bi-directional?  An explanation of this would be most
helpful.
