Pdesk crashed

I don't know how I should report bugs and I couldn't find a format so I
send  as it is stated on Pdesk. Hope thats not a big problem.

I guess there is a problem with PDesk and Turkish characters. When I use
such characters as ý or Ý it crashes. I'm not sure whether you could see
those characters ý should be seen as an i without a dot and Ý should be seen
as an I with a dot on top. PDesk and progect are great programs I hope there
is a solution to this problem.

PDesk version : 0.8.5.0 (I'm not sure on this, thats whats written when I hover mouse above Pdesk.exe)
OS (win98, NT, 2000, XP, linux...) : WinXp
Bug description : When I use ý or Ý Pdesk doesn't save project file. Last time when I imported a text document with those characters I couldn't save. So I closed the program and tried to open it again but error mesage apeared.
Last done action before bug happened :
project dependent problem : no
