I'm the author of the Treepad converter. It's a bit cumbersome, I have to admit, but it used to work. There were at least two versions. The last one came with 3 or 4 files in an archive, one of them was a file called csv.pyd. If that's what you have, you are all setup. Read the TreepadInOut-readme.txt, and it contains, towards the end of the file, a description how to use it for import. Basically, you import to PDesk via CSV format. There is a tp2csv utility, either enclosed, or available from Treepad website, that will export Treepad file to .csv file, and that .csv file you can import to PDesk.
