Just experienced and was able to reproduce a visual glitch and file
corruption when using Czech language characters in note field of the
outline.
Not only is the note field unable to hold that text: once note is
written and I switch to another task, all chars get lost except the
first one. When I return and write another text there, even
ascii-only, it is not retained, but on the switch, it reverts to the
previous text (one standalone non-ascii char).
If such file is saved, it cannot be opened later on, as all content
gets lost and file format is corrupted probably too.
The visual glitch that happens alongside is that the progress icons in
the outline get doubled (I got a screenshot).
