Re: PDesk CSV plugin

quick fix: use the original plugin, just delete the csv.pyd file, and
from the CSVInOut.py, delete the line that says "import csv".
I very quickly tested here and it seemed to work, but can't guarantee
that.

I will upload the fixed plugin as soon as I test it more, and after I
will get the upload access for the Files section.
