Thanks for feedback!

I hope it already is, but please let me know if you encounter any
problems. I even took the effort to rewrite that just to make it
compatible with Excel. In the past versions, it was using a format
where everything is enclosed in quotation marks, which I used to
believe was standard CSV. Though yesterday I found Excel is using
quotation marks only on some fields, but not on all. Thus I changed
whole plugin to work that way. To make it fully/even more compatible
with Excel CSV dialect is next, rather easy as it is only about one
or two lines of code.

Main intention behind CSV plugin was to allow for easy import and
export between various applications. It wasn't anticipated that users
will export and later import the same file. Same for task type, most
other applications have only one or two task types, ie. are
incompatible in that respect, thus I have chosen to do it the type
assignment the global way instead of individual way.

I'm not saying it's bad to export and re-import same file - just that
I didn't expect to encounter such usage pattern.

So now that you got me thinking about it I will be most probably
working towards the CSV plugin to be able to import the same file it
exported seamlessly, and to make it default output (one that can be
imported).
