That is scary then, I had always though it was something with the projects that caused the sync problems. Although, as I said, an empty project _will_ hang the sync. > > Two projects destroyed. > > > Offer the algorithm Conduit: > > 1. Backup both Palm->PC and file on PC > 2. Well, when I do the new conduit, we will have more choices. Currently it can save to XML correctly, but it was losing some information when going from XML to the PDB. I should have that going correctly in a week or two. Then I need to write XSLT to go from people's favourite editors to the Progect XML and back again. > > > Memopad and TreePad Lite (Desktop only) never destroyed given under HotSync. > Why Pdesk do it? There is something wrong with the conduit code. But I have never been able to reproduce the issue, so I can't fix it. Certainly I have had it destroy a project, but I have never been able to find a way to reliably cause a problem. Of course, if you had a hang, and nothing changed, then perhaps it's caused by an unitialized variable. I will try and look at the code again at some point to make sure that should not be a problem. > > > > -- > With best wishes, Mihail > > > Remember to visit Polls, Files and Bookmarks sections at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/progect.
