That can cause problems too, one of my hotsync cables has a bad 
connection, and it causes trouble...

The projects are merged on the PC using the conduit code.

If you uninstall the conduit code, then the files are simply copied to 
your PC, and you have to manually add them to the Palm using the Palm 
desktop.

However, in that case, there should be no corruption.
