Sync howto

Hi!  I'm new to progect and Pdesk, and I can't make sync to work.  I
don't have any error, but my Palm projects don't appear in the
desktop, and my desktop projects don't appear on my Palm.

Do I have to save my desktop projects in a special directory?

What am I missing?
