Yes, it says "Hotsync in Progress.   Please wait, Progect and PDesk
are now hotsyncing."

OK, I'm back :-)

Where do I setup the projects to sync properly?  I can't find an
option on the "Options" menu.

BTW, when I try "File|Open" i get a message that says "Please sync
your palm, or upgrade to Progect version 0.29 or greater (available
at...).  Some functionality may be limited".

I'll try that, since I'm using Progect 0.25, maybe that's the problem!
