Command line operations?

Hi everybody:

I use pdesk and progect on regular basis.
Especially I like to use pdesk (mostly under Linux via python source)
for all kind of structured notes. I have many of them. 

Further on, these notes I export to txt for editing, 
or just print them (via html export) to work on them 
on the paper.

Given the large number of notes (i.e. lbPG files) on the desktop computer,
and given the way I use them,  I really miss one feature very much. 

It may even be that the feature does exist already, 
me not being aware of it. 

This is the possibility to convert lbPG to text or/and html
via command line (i.e. without really launching PDesk window 
and clicking with mouse). 

This I would be able to use further to 
-- search for specific string, at once across many Pdesk files 
-- print lbPG file (via HTML, which is quite OK) from command line
-- generate instant view of lbPG file via HTML
-- include Pdesk files to text files on the fly. 
-- export most of my lbPG's at any moment and combine them to 
   compound document  (e.g structured html, or simply text)  
etc. 

In essence, this may be reduced  to the possibility to launch pdesk 
with command line options that would basically correspond
to few of those commands that are available through few  
clicks within GUI. PDesk would then execute the commands supplied
and close (preferably without even opening its main window).

Very simple subset of commands would be just fine for me.   

My question is: 

Does anybody know how to do that, at least related to 
two export plugins (txt, html). Or, may one expect to 
modify only plugins code (not beeing to much of the python expert
but reasonably good with programing in general) to make the job
without calling full pdesk?
