In the meantime, all you have to use is the csv plugin from:
http://www.vscripts.net/wp-content/uploads/2006/09/csvinout.zip

and from Treepad's utilities page their CSV import/export utility.

How it works is that you use the CSV plugin to export/import CSV from/to PDesk.
Next, you use the Treepad CSV utility (didn't Henk Haggedoorn already include csv as one of the built-in options?) for the same in Treepad, either for import from Pdesk's csv, or to export to CSV that PDesk can import.

What you need to find out is the format that Treepad exports, and select that in PDesk plugin, same for export from PDesk.

If you are not that adventurous, I have just entered that on my todo list and hopefully get around to write a full procedure soon.

Native Treepad export/import plugin is in considerations, but at the moment i have way too many other, higher priorities.
