Progect User Guide

Anyone know where I can find a manual/user guide for Progect?  I just
installed it last night and love it!  I just want to make sure I'm
using it to its fullest potential.  :-)  I don't quite understand some
of the features, options, etc. so I was hoping there was a guide out
there somewhere to at least help me get situated.

Also, does anyone know if you can set how often to repeat a "project"?
 I have some that recur once a week/month, and I am retyping
everything over  when it would be so much easier to set a repeat value
instead and have the project renew itself somehow.

BTW, I have short-term memory loss (ranging from a period of now to
2wks), so Progect is great for helping me remember what I need to
do...  And we're talking a LOT of to-dos!  Most people have their
memory intact to remember basic stuff with their schedule, where they
put things, where things are, how to get to places they frequent (like
work), etc. -- whereas I have to write down everything if I want to
remember it.  So I heavily depend on my PDA to keep me on track, and
after tinkering around with Progect -- I can breathe easier and worry
less!  "Yay" from those of us with swiss-cheese memory!
