New Install - Unable to sync

Hi,

I installed Progect on my Treo a couple of days ago.  It works great
on the Palm and I really love it.  The version is 0.29.  

After I did this install, I realized about the companion PDesk.  I
installed it on my Windows XP machine.  The version is 0.8.4.  

However, when I attempt to hotsync, nothing happens as far as Progect
data is concerned.  When I look at the hotsync conduits on the PC, I
don't even see an entry for Progect/PDesk.  But in the PDesk window,
it lists my Palm user name correctly.  

Any idea, what I am doing wrong?  I don't have any data on the PC. 
All the projects I have created on only on the Palm.  

Any help would be highly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
