pdk to pdb conversion

I recently replaced a dead Palm with a new one (E2).

I have pdk files I can open with PDesk on my desktop.

How do I save them as pdb files & send them to the new Palm?

I have PDesk on the computer and progect on the Palm, & the conduit
indicates 2 way synchronization, but the files don't show up on the Palm.
