pssh 2005-05-06-TEST released

pssh version 2005-05-06-TEST has been released.

Several new features need testing, because I don't have the 
hardware to exercise them myself. Let me know whether the 
following work or not on your device:

* zlib compression works again. Does this make connections 
  run faster, especially over cell phone links? (Note that 
  zlib is off by default, and requires about 400 KB of memory.)
* New option to hide the on-screen keyboard.
* New option to hide the Palm OS status bar (if any).
* New option to remap ` to ESC for keyboards with no ESC key.

Thanks to Lauri Aarnio for the original implementation 
of the hidden keyboard and status bar.

Also, for those of you hacking at home, the build instructions 
in README.code have finally been updated. It should now be easier 
to recompile pssh from scratch.
