pssh 2004-03-17-TEST released

pssh 2004-03-17-TEST has been released.

This is a TEST version only. A final version is expected in a few days. 

Features that need testing: 

* Sony thumb wheel now scrolls scrollback. (Turn wheel to scroll one 
  line at a time. Press and turn wheel to scroll one page at a time.)
* Sony thumb wheel as CTRL/ESC improved. (Pressing keys while holding 
  the wheel down should send multiple CTRL-modified keys. Pressing and 
  releasing the wheel should modify the next keypress only. CTRL should 
  be canceled if the wheel is turned while pressed (the page scrolling 
  behavior above)).

* Screen resizing code should be improved slightly. (If you have a 
  device with a virtual Graffiti area, make sure you have no 
  problems with turning the Graffiti area on and off.)

* Low-resolution screen support. (Treo 600.)

Please send any testing feedback - good and bad - to me. Be specific 
about which items you tried.
