pssh 2004-03-24 released

pssh 2004-03-24 has been released

This is a stable public release. Thank you all for your help with the 
recent test releases.

Changes since 2004-03-21-TEST:
* "T|C Keyboard" renamed "Mini Keyboard". It adapts itself when running 
  on a Treo 600 (which does have '&' but no '_' on its built-in keyboard).
* Treo 600 rocker up and down now send arrow keys


Help Wanted

* Can you draw? pssh needs a set of icons.

* Does your server support keyboard-interactive authentication? 
  pssh's implementation is incomplete and needs testing.

* Does your handheld have a built-in keyboard? I'd like to know what 
  handheld you have and which of the following characters cannot be 
  typed on that keyboard, if any: 
      ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~ 
  This will be used for more device-specific versions of the 
  Mini Keyboard. I already have Tungsten C and Treo 600.
