Shadow invisible on T3

I've run into a curious issue. My wife's T3 needed a replacement battery. I backed everything up using BackupBuddy, did the battery switch (obviously losing all data), and then restored the dataset from the backup. All of the other apps are back, but the situation with shadow is as follows: 1. The Shadow app and all related files are present and functional - I can see them using Resco Explorer and launch them from there or by hard button assignment. 2. However, Shadow does not show in the Palm launcher. More oddly still, if I select the menu in the native Palm launcher and go to "Category", Shadow does not appear in the list of installed apps. But if I go to "Info", Shadow does appear in the list. 3. I opened CJLL ListLauncher and create a launch app for my wife's main Shadow list. The launch app was apparently successfully created, but it also is invisible in the Palm Launcher. 4. I checked the properties tab in Explorer for the main Shadow app file to see if the "hidden" attribute was checked. It wasn't. Obviously I can work around this, but I would love to know if anyone has any idea what is going on here. My wife's palm has an older version of the backup software on it, and it also did not restore all of the databases correctly; apart from that everything else seems functional. Why would Shadow be (partially) invisible? David
