Shareable version

I think I'm suggesting a new product.  Shadow's hierarchical list 
capacity is superbly useful, but would be most helpful if it could be 
posted on a website (likely a read-only version).  

One of the biggest issues for major sites is what level of information 
to post - some just want an overview, some want further depth on some 
aspects.  some want detail.. A read-only hierarchicla list that allows 
text at each level that the reader could control which level they view -
 drilling for more details on some elements.  

I have tried to find such software and see shadow as the best I have 
found for personal use, but to share such things as a 
strategic/operational plan with a board of directors, I am now printing 
at several levels and sharing those.  

For a wide audience, it is impractical to expect all the audience 
(especially if it changes) to have been smart enough to have Shadow.

If anyone knows of existing apps that would work, I'd welcome the info.
