Thank you John, Andy and especially Jacob. Message #17669 is the one I remember and was looking for. Jeff, this would be a great one to add to the FAQ. I had it put aside but lost it somewhere along the way. In running it I still encounter one big problem after following the procedure. My Palm Desktop say it cannot find the file. I cut and pasted the path included in quotes. If I go to start/run and do the paste shadow runs. Not when I start the Palm Desktop. I'm running Vista with SP1.
