blank Shadow tasks being made on Palm during hot sync.

Every time I Hotsync, a large number of blank tasks are being created on 
my Palm with a creation date of 1/1/04.  When I look at the desktop 
version of Shadow I don't see them.  Hotsync is set to sync the files. 
If I delete the blank ones from the Palm, they come back on the next 
Hotsync.  This is only happening on 2 of the 5 Shadow lists I have on 
the Palm and not to any on the memory card.
