Checked out lastsync.txt and found out that it was syncing to the reinstall "administrator" folder, which had a version of the sync file NOT marked for upload. Changed that version to "upload requested" and browsed to that file in the DT: bingo, sync now working. Thanks (you rock)!! Rick Tuffli
