For myself, I gave up on waiting for an Android version of Shadow Plan, and went ahead and migrated all of my Shadow Plan files to Google Docs.

No, it is not a satisfying replacement, but I can access my notes from anywhere, including my Android phone (using the GDocs app), even when I am offline.
