Re: Shadow Alterntive - Redux.

Anybody still around?  I paid for a fresh copy of Shadow not long ago, to use on a 'new used' Palm (Sony Clie) -- got an automated message giving me the registration info -- but the robot had assigned the wrong name for the hotsync user so it's no good to me.  I can't get any answer emailing support.

If it's dead, would someone please turn off the automated selling machine?  If it's not dead, how can I reset the hotsync name?
