Edwin, Let me try to help you understand: > Your Palm has 15 categories that can be applied to the various ShadowPlan lists you have on your device > ShadowPlan has tags (that you define on the device and will transfer to the desktop on the next synch) that can be applied to items within your ShadowPlan lists - Note that the tag list is accessible from all ShadowPlan lists and is exclusive to that program Good luck. This is a great piece of software, I plan my life on it. I have read and tried to understand the user guide. However, I still cannot figure out how the tags are used in the desktop. They do not correspond totally with the tags in the T5 I use. I mean that the categories are there on the desktop but not all have their tags under them. How come? I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but still the situation is the same. What can I do. Thanks for any help. I like the program very much. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
