Able to post via conduit but not poll new articles

Hi there guys...

I'm able to post using the conduit, but never receive any articles.  
I've checked the NG settings -- they are set to pull the "next 999 
articles."  

Using Yanoff+ 3 (same problem with 2.1) and the latest java conduit.

Here's a copy of what's going on with the log...
